Free Consultation
A Free Consultation is not an unusual first step. But it’s not often you get to meet the owner of the company (instead of a commission salesperson or office junior). Brad Troiano will take time to listen to the vision you have for your home. Answer your questions. And offer advice from his 20+ years of renovation and extension experience. Unlike other builders who rush you into expensive design contracts before you’re ready, Brad will assess your home (onsite) and help you with your vision. You’ll walk away with clarity around what you want, a rough price guide for planning certainty, and clear next steps to transform your house into the home you’ve always wanted.
Planning And Design
Now it’s time to add some detail to your Concept Plan. Our design team will conduct a holistic assessment of your home to ensure your design honours the character of your current home and integrates seamlessly (inside and out), is optimised for cost-effective construction (so it adds more value than it costs) and maximum floorspace (with minimal loss to hallways and corners) and matches your ultimate vision. Our team will guide you in all decisions including your selections (so you enjoy the process and never feel overwhelmed).
Contract And Approvals
You will receive a fixed price contract (fully transparent) with firm timeframes backed by our compensation guarantee (remember, we pay you for every day we run over schedule). We will manage all approvals and arrange insurances to ensure your financial security during construction. And we will schedule all materials and trades to ensure construction starts and finishes on time (so you can plan your life with certainty).
Construction
Before construction begins, we prepare the site with safety fencing (to ensure your family’s safety) and air-lock seals (to keep dust out of other parts of your home). You receive your own login to our Project Management Program so you can follow construction progress in real time. Brad will be onsite to monitor every step (ensuring unmatched quality), keeping you fully informed so you know exactly what’s happing. And you can have total financial certainty with progress payments that only pay for work that is completed.
Handover
With everything finished (on budget and schedule), we conduct numerous rounds of rigorous quality control inspections to ensure everything is perfect. We then proudly introduce you to your transformed home, inviting feedback and addressing anything you may feel is an issue. But there’s no pressure because you’re fully covered by our 90-Day Maintenance period (which means we return to fine tune anything you notice as you begin to live with your renovation).
